This concerns our Yellow
Lab, Rex and the DogWatch Fence.
Prior to getting this
fence, I had listened to all sorts of negative feedback. The dog would just run thru the fence. The fence was inhumane. My
sister in law had an Akita which constantly disobeyed the fence. The fact that Rex needed freedom in order to lead a happy
life prompted me to try this fence anyway.
When we spoke about
the fence, you told me that training was crucial to success. The dog has to be aware of where the fence is. The dog's
slow movement near the fence maximizes its' effectiveness.
It has been approximately one month since Jack installed the fence and you trained Rex. The fence is worth every cent I paid.
Dogs run by. Rex's big enemy, a German Shepard is walked by. Rex runs around. He barks. He does not challenge the
fence. He does not get zapped because he knows where not to go.
Rex is king of his yard. He smiles at me. He is happy. This is what I wanted.

Dear Donna and Jack,
Mike and I want to thank you for the outstanding
job you did installing and training our German Shepard Donald. After having 3 or 4 companies come out for estimates we weren't
even sure we wanted a fence, or that it was the right thing for Donald... but Donna, after meeting with you and just seeing
the love and dedication you expelled towards our Donald everything changed. We had no idea there was a company out there that
cared enough about our dog to train him to the fence. We were so worried we would not be able to do such a task. NO other
company even offered to train.
Donna, you are amazing!! Not
only did Donald respond to ALL your training, he truly loved being with you... Mike was beginning to get jealous!! Donald
preferred to be with you than going for a ride in the car with Daddy and that just never has happened before. Donald is not
a fuzzy, lovable Lab!! He is a very cautious, untrusting of strangers, German Shepard and the way he responded to you
was just amazing!! I do believe you have the dog whisperer gift in you and we just wanted to thank you for sharing your gift
with us."

other hidden fence system does that. All the treats, bones and the toys - he loves the toys you gave him on graduation day!!!

privilege to watch you work with him. You also helped me understand him better and I think that is priceless. Being that Pepper

Ken and I want to thank you for the tremendous job you did in the installation and training of Pepper on our DogWatch Hidden
Fence System.
Some years ago on a former property I had dogs on the Invisible Fence System for over 15 years so I was familiar with the
concept of having a dog trained on this type of system. While researching fencing for our current property I became interested
in Dogwatch initially because of the FM technology and the advantages it offered over the other competitor's system. After
speaking with Donna on the phone I became aware how much more individualized and comprehensive the training is with each dog
that is trained with the Dogwatch system and felt it offered a big advantage over any other system I researched.
As I mentioned we had two dogs trained on The Invisible
Fence system back in the mid 1980s. Immediately after installation of the system the training basically consisted of showing
the dogs the flags, giving a correction and having the pet owner take it from there. While some dogs do okay with this method
- it does not take into consideration each dog's unique needs, temperament etc. We had an older female black lab that,
after receiving the first correction, was very fearful to leave the house and go out into the yard. The initial correction/training
was too rushed for her and she would crouch and cower on the lawn upon going out the door. Needless to say it caused us a
lot of heartache to see her so scared to go out into her own yard!
Because of
the time you took to get to know Pepper and therefore train and progress at a pace that worked for him - he is not only safe
but HAPPY in his yard. To my knowledge no other pet containment service offers what you do and in my mind that makes it an
obvious and easy choice to single out Dogwatch above the rest. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!!

Donna-
I wanted to pass on this story about our dog Donny,
and how well he's retained the lessons you taught him about the "bad flags" . You had installed our fence last
fall/early winter, and it has worked very well! Donny loves to run out & greet joggers, bikers & other dogs as they
pass by our place, but he never crosses the barrier or leaves the yard.
Just to show how well he remembers the flags - Donny was a hero on his walk last night. Verizon had put red flags all across
someone's yard by the sidewalk as part of a FIOS installation that they were doing, and I didn't notice them. Donny
warned me of the "danger" and got me out of harms way, and dragged me across the street where the flags couldn't
hurt me. He was very brave!
